Who you are :

As an Engineer III - Network , you are our infrastructure control, ensuring every network service is stable and built with integrity, caring and excellence. You'll play an important role in the planning, designing, configuring, analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining of network services across the organization. You'll use your strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex network, infrastructure, and application issues. You believe in collaboration and will have the opportunity to work with other IT teams, management, and lines of business to implement network infrastructure and security needs.

What you'll do :

• Plan, design, analyze, install, test, and configure network infrastructure and network security across the organization
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve the most complex escalated network-related tickets and issues. Perform root cause analysis, establish return to service, and document resolution strategies
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders, non-technical stakeholders, and management to provide advanced troubleshooting assistance for large-scale outages across the organization
• Collaborate with other IT teams, management, and lines of business to implement network infrastructure and network security needs for cross-functional projects across the organization
• Develop automation tools to enhance the provisioning, management, and administration of network infrastructure and network security in a repeatable, standardized, and efficient manner
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of network infrastructure and network security and make recommendations to management
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for the engineering and administration of network services
• Mentor, guide, and assist members of the Network team
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
