The Indianapolis, IN office of Frost Brown Todd, -- a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 600 attorneys in 18 offices across nine states and Washington, D.C.-- is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with over 10 years of experience in employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising other attorneys on employment litigation matters, extensive experience drafting and arguing summary judgment motions, and some trial experience. This role will not require client development or business generation. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Indiana and reside in the state; licensure in Kentucky and Ohio would be a plus. Applicants must also have excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. A strong academic record is preferred.
The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
