We are seeking an in-house recruiter to join our team in Annapolis, MD who is responsible for the following :
Responsibilities :
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for diverse roles across industries.
- Collaborating with hiring managers from various organizations to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
- Developing job descriptions and compelling job postings to attract top talent.
- Leveraging recruitment tools, social media, and other platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, providing timely feedback, and facilitating the offer process.
- Staying current on labor market trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
- Organizing and participating in recruitment events when necessary.
- Maintaining and analyzing recruitment metrics and presenting data to leadership.
Qualifications :
Salary Range : $80,000-$120,000 based on experience.
