Frost Valley YMCA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and supporting the Guest Services Director in the daily operations. These departments will include summer camp registration, camp store, front desk, and reservations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Guest Services Director in managing and supervising the Guest Services Team, including overseeing the summer registration process.
- Providing guidance to the operations of the camp store, the front desk, and the reservations department.
- Support all programs in meeting and exceeding departmental revenue goals by managing inquiry logs, focusing on customer contact, and executing contracts.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, managing room assignments and reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and activities for guests.
- Uphold Frost Valley YMCA's standards of excellence in guest service.

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years working in sales, customer service industries or hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and other relevant software.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of educational, recreational, and conference-style programs.
- Experience in a camp setting is a bonus.

RATE OF PAY: $47,750.00 -$50,000.00 (annualized salary) this position is paid hourly, starting hourly rate based on experience
