Who You Are
As a Record & Information Management Analyst II, you will be responsible for maintaining the Frost Records & Information Management (RIM) Program. You’ll use your strong problem-solving skills to ensure our program is in alignment with RIM industry practices, bank standards, regulatory requirements, and governmental policies. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level service to assure the integrity of electronic records and information.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze complex existing business processes related to governance within M365 and identify information management improvements, as related to the RIM Program
- Stay up-to-date on M365 related information governance trends and updates
- Maintain a current and high-level knowledge of RIM industry standards, best practices, and protocols
- Maintain RIM databases, Retention Schedule, software, and the RIM SharePoint team site
- Assist in the development and analysis of Frost’s RIM program to ensure that RIM projects support core organizational functions in an efficient manner
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, in a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in Records & Information Management and/or M365 Purview Information Governance
- Expert knowledge of RIM best practices and protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification, Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification, Information Governance Professional (IGP) and/or related professional
- Experience with banking Records & Information Management
