Position Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, managing AR, preparing reconciliations, and forecasting cash flows. As an integral member of our team, you will help maintain accuracy in billing and collections while collaborating with various departments to ensure timely and effective financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process AR transactions and month-end entries.
- Invoice customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Post customer receipts onto Sage, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank transfers and cash balances.
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Support intercompany reconciliation efforts and provide audit documentation.
- Prepare weekly cash forecasts.
- Assist in month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Cross-train within the department to provide backup during leaves.
What We’re Looking For:
- BS/BA in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Experience working with a global company is strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience with Sage 50/100 is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter who is proactive in learning and tackling challenges.
