**Job Overview:**
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying leads to drive sales growth. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, presenting our products and services in a compelling way to spark interest and ultimately secure meetings for our sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Salary Range: $11 - $13 per hour
