What are the responsibilities and job description for the Softball Pitching Instructor position at Frozen Ropes Natick LLC?
Frozen Ropes in Natick is hiring part-time Softball Pitching Instructors for players of all ages. New instructors will be paid during an initial training period to learn our nationally recognized teaching curriculum.
Job Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of softball
- High School or College softball pitching experience
- Willingness to teach within a system
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a love for the game
- Available to work on select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days
- Experience as an instructor or coach is preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Instruction for players of all ages in group classes and private lessons held at our facility and at offsite locations
- Training and adhering to Frozen Ropes instructional philosophies
- Knowledge of all Frozen Ropes programs
- Use of scheduling system to view upcoming classes, lesson and other events, review of lesson notes
- Use of video analysis system
- Setting up rental equipment
- Execution of daily projects including opening and closing procedures with end of day cleanup

A private Trackman Golf simulator room is also available for rentals 7 days a week.
