Job Summary
Little Quick is a fast-paced, drive-through coffee and pizza shop that focuses on quick, high-quality service and a fun, dynamic environment. We’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas / Cashiers who are ready to bring their customer service skills and team spirit to our growing business!

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, matcha lattes, cold brew, and other beverages.
• Take customer orders, handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing grab-and-go pizzas and food items.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Deliver friendly and fast service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving any issues quickly.
Work as a team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, upbeat attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fast Learner: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tasks, including operating espresso machines and POS systems.
• Efficient & Detail-Oriented: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality and attention to detail.
• Reliable & Punctual: Dependable and able to show up for shifts on time.
• Multitasking: Comfortable handling multiple tasks (taking orders, preparing drinks, and handling cash) in a fast-paced setting.
• Good Communication Skills: Clear communication with customers and team members is essential for smooth operations.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with a variety of tasks and able to handle a busy, high-energy work environment.
• Cash Handling Experience (Preferred but not Required): Experience with handling cash and operating a POS system is preferred but not required.
• Food Safety Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with basic food safety protocols is a plus, but we will provide training as needed.
