Responsibilities:
- Machine & Equipment Diagnostics: Inspect, test, and operate machinery or equipment to identify malfunctions. Diagnose issues and determine corrective actions.
- Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, inspecting motors and drives, replacing filters, and repairing defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Dismantling & Reassembly: Dismantle equipment, machinery, or devices to access and remove defective parts, then reassemble after repairs using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
- Construction & Setup Support: Assist with the construction, carpentry, and installation tasks during the build-out of Little Quick, ensuring all components are installed correctly and safely.
- Electrical & Plumbing Installation: Help with the installation of essential services, such as electrical systems, plumbing, and other utilities.
- General Repairs: Address and repair various structural or mechanical issues that arise during the build-out or daily operations.
- Tool & Workspace Organization: Maintain and organize tools, materials, and workspaces to ensure efficiency and safety on-site.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work follows safety protocols and industry regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman work.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiar with job site safety regulations (OSHA standards) and safety protocols.
- Carpentry Skills: Knowledge of carpentry methods, tools, and equipment.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical plans.
- Height Safety: Ability to work safely at heights above 30 feet using ladders, lifts, or boom trucks.
- Physical Capability: Capable of lifting 40 lbs consistently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing tasks efficiently.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using a wide variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
