Position Summary:

The Technician (Packer/Cleaner) position is responsible for assessing, inventory, packing and properly storing all contents, textiles and electronics from customers residence, and the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, and mold.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform production processes, cleaning, and other labor-intensive tasks.

· Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.

· Perform many different cleaning tasks, such as cleaning contents (i.e., textiles, electronics, clothing, household goods, furniture, etc.) after fire/smoke damage.

· Photo inventory and documentation of contents prior to cleaning or packing, including damage notes regarding damage.

· Inspect and document contents for any damage, including pre-existing.

· Safely labeling, packing, and moving furniture and belongings.

· Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines, at all times.

· Communicate with Crew Lead and/or Production Supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.

· Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite or workstation with a clean and orderly appearance.

· Maintain accurate record of boxes packed per room.

· Drive company vehicles to and from job sites.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work in a fast pace working environment.

· Valid drivers license and clean driving record

· Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly

· Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

· Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

· Ability to travel locally

· Ability to work over-time, when needed

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
