Job Summary :
Works with staff across all departments to identify business requirements. Sources and orders materials, supplies, or services to meet business plans and maintain inventory levels. Selects and maintains excellent communication with suppliers. Enters data into Microsoft D365 system in an accurate and timely manner by placing and tracking orders.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
- BS / BA degree in business of related field preferred
- 2 years working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Understanding of manufacturing planning / scheduling, purchasing and supplier relationships
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and focus on data
- Effective planning / organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- High integrity, punctual, dedicated and team-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Global Shop
