Member Operations @ Fruitful
Our Member Operations team (known to members as “Fruitful Hospitality”) goes beyond traditional customer service, offering members exceptional care at every step of their journey. As a Member Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a best-in-class membership experience while helping shape processes to support our growing member base.
As Member Operations Associate, you will:
- Provide exceptional support to members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a best-in-class hospitality experience
- Collaborate with our Financial Guides to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding member journey
- Assist our Member Operations Lead in implementing scalable processes to support company growth
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions that enhance the member experience

- Experience working in fintech or financial services (a plus, but not required)
