Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate
Qualifications
- Our client is looking for a Paralegal with full knowledge of Commercial Real Estate to join their team in either New York. If you live in New Jersey, we will consider our New Jersey location also.
- Solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including title, survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings and leasing, etc.
- Candidates must be extremely organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are required
Requirements
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate required
- 6 years of experience required
- Must be able to work an in-office or hybrid schedule in either location
Salary is commensurate with experience.
