Job Description for the Simulation Engineer: We are seeking a skilled AV/ADAS Simulation Engineer with a strong background in autonomous vehicle (AV) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) simulation. The ideal candidate will have experience with simulation tools such as CARLA, and proficiency in programming languages like Python and C . Knowledge of machine learning and computer vision is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities for the Simulation Engineer:
- Interface with autonomous driving simulators to create realistic and comprehensive simulation environments.
- Generate and manage datasets for training machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation data into the development pipeline.
- Develop and maintain simulation scenarios to test and validate AV/ADAS functionalities.
- Visualize and validate datasets to ensure high quality.
Simulation Engineer Qualifications:
- Experience with AV/ADAS simulation tools CARLA is a must have.
- Expertise in algorithms and Python or C programming.
- Familiarity with machine learning and computer vision techniques.
