Position Overview : As the Vice President of Hardware Engineering, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and execution of hardware engineering initiatives within our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of robust hardware solutions that integrate seamlessly with our robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the hardware engineering vision and strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Team Development : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing hardware engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
