What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Frutta Bowls | Birmingham (The Summit)?
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager and Team in driving the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. The most important responsibility is to ensure that every guest receives excellent Guest Service!
Other responsibilities include daily operations oversight via successful execution of “Operations Excellence” standards involving food preparation, food safety controls, inventory management, financial accountability, delivery and catering. Equally as important, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for interviewing, training and developing shift leaders and Crew Members.
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least one (1) year of progressive restaurant management experience and an established track record of success in previous jobs. Candidates must have an energetic personality and strong leadership skills to support growth, excellence and success. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in creating a super fun working environment with high communication, inclusion, collaboration, innovation/ideas and success achievement for all!
REQUIREMENTS
