Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Client and Staff Support
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the firm’s calendar.
- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork or forms.
- Notify staff of client arrivals and manage visitor check-in protocols.
Administrative Duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between clients and staff, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with scheduling internal meetings and maintaining meeting room availability.
- Handle basic inquiries about the firm’s services and direct complex questions to the appropriate personnel.
Confidentiality and Professionalism
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Uphold Fry and Company’s standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., copiers, scanners).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with accounting or financial services industries.

Work Environment
