Our Sterilization Techs complete a rigorous in-office training program that provides them with the knowledge to maintain a safe and healthy space for our patients and our team members. We provide and require all team members to use all recommended Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all CDC recommendations required for dental offices. We train our Sterilization Techs to properly package and sterilize instruments and complete lab duties such as pouring up models and making retainers. The Sterilization Techs assist the Orthodontic Assistants to make sure patients receive the highest level of on time service. Our Sterilization Techs are also trained to take digital photos, impressions and prepare and disinfect treatment bays for patients to be seated.

• Some dental experience (Preferred)
