Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Manage the overall operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work closely with facilities management to address property issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry in property management software such as OneSite.
- Prepare budgets and financial reports to track property performance.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and management.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is essential.
- Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
- Experience in facilities management is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite is advantageous.
- Rural Development experience is a must.
