Associates degree required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Three years of administrative experience in a high volume setting; HR experience highly preferred
Minimum Work Experience
2-4 years experience is HR preferred.

Essential Functions
- Maintain I-9 and Immigration Records. Monitor yearly for I-9 governmental updates for changes to our procedure as appropriate
- Administers the Employee Identification Badge System for new hires.
- Administers the record management & scanning of the HR file.
- General Human Resource Department responsibilities.
- Completes backgrounds for all volunteers and chaplains.
- Pre-Employment Screenings including accurate completion of new hire paperwork. Submission and screening of criminal background checks.
- Act as secondary back up to prepping vacancy report.
- Onboard new employees
- Support, assist, and backup our Recruitment Team throughout the day, creating a smooth and consistent process for our clinicians
