What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry-Premier Stair and Door position at FS Bulider Resources?

SUMMARY : In this position you will be responsible for entering data to order materials for all scheduled installations and ensuring it is received in accordance with the appropriate installation date. Problem solving and correcting any and all purchasing / receiving errors.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :
- Orders all stair and door materials
- Tracks orders
- Works with vendors to ensure material is received and available for installation
- Prepares daily and weekly reports
- Follows up on discrepancies
- Maintains correct data in the system
