This role provides crucial support to our outside sales engineers, requiring effective multitasking and timely task completion through collaboration with team members. Key Responsibilities
- Learn company and product knowledge to introduce our role in the industry.
- Conduct outbound calls, log activities in Salesforce (SF), and schedule follow-ups to connect sales engineers with key maintenance and operations staff.
- Develop site contacts, schedule sales meetings, and set follow-up tasks in SF to drive in-person visits.
- Maintain accurate records in SF, including contact details and equipment data (make, type, age, etc.).
- Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to identify and connect sales engineers with key decision-makers.
- Perform searches, as directed on various platforms and search tools, to find other key contacts and company information.
- Send introductory materials such as product literature and introduction letters.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review progress and set goals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
