Sales Coordinator

Description

This role provides crucial support to our outside sales engineers, requiring effective multitasking and timely task completion through collaboration with team members. This full-time position is office-based and serves as an entry point for sales-oriented individuals looking to showcase their prospecting skills and dedication. Successful candidates will have opportunities for advancement into more specialized roles in sales support and outside sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn company and product knowledge to introduce our role in the industry.
• Conduct outbound calls, log activities in Salesforce (SF), and schedule follow-ups to connect sales engineers with key maintenance and operations staff.
• Develop site contacts, schedule sales meetings, and set follow-up tasks in SF to drive in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate records in SF, including contact details and equipment data (make, type, age, etc.).
• Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to identify and connect sales engineers with key decision-makers.
• Perform searches, as directed on various platforms and search tools, to find other key contacts and company information.
• Send introductory materials such as product literature and introduction letters.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to review progress and set goals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Salary : $55,000
