Description
Responsible for providing preventative maintenance and repair to compressor customers on-site or in house.
Key Responsibilities
- Installs new equipment and electrical / piping work
- Overhauls, repairs and tests compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps and other industrial products
- Provides professional troubleshooting and technical services in person or over the phone
- Provides a high level of customer service in response to customer needs and satisfies their expectations
- Promotes and practices proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times
- Completes customer work order forms and other job-related paperwork on a daily basis
- Trains and assists other Service Technicians
- Optimizes sales potential with customers
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no supervisory responsibility.
