FS-Elliott Co., LLC seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, build and strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for aftermarket products and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to current and prospective Customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers, including Channel Partners (distributors), and end-users.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive the growth of the aftermarket business.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure profitability.
- Stay current on industry developments and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field, or minimum four (4) years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket products, services, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, assess market trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tools (Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
