This role involves overseeing the design, development, testing, and problem-solving activities to ensure the creation of innovative and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in the gas compression industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of gas compression products and components.
- Develop and maintain engineering processes and procedures.
- Drive the creation of innovative solutions to technical problems, ensuring reliability and quality.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Forecast operating costs of the department and manage the preparation of budget requests.
- Work with the factory, technical service, quality engineers, and suppliers to ensure products meet specifications, customer requirements, and market demands.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance for all products and components.
