FS-Elliott is adding to our team! As a Project Manager you would be primarily focused on the planning, and coordination of activities with the Customer, Operations, Engineering, and Sales teams for assigned projects while ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and budgetary goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain communications on all orders, including written communications, schedule and direct meetings. Attend and hold review meetings as appropriate with Operations with regards to order status, and maintain communication with other internal teams on project execution.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
- Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain expected standards.
- Ensure that once quotation becomes an order, job is implemented properly.
- Order maintenance, including acknowledgment letters, project status reports, accounting interface, maintaining job folders, closing out jobs, preparing information for invoicing and filing.
- Confers with project personnel and Customer to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
- Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications.
- Successfully manages the relationships with internal and external customers.
Skills Knowledge and Experience
Education : Bachelor's Degree (BS) from four-year college or university in a STEM discipline.
