Assistant Manager Responsibilities Include :

Leadership : Lead by example and inspire our team members to deliver outstanding service. Foster a positive and motivated work environment.

Guest Satisfaction : Ensure that our guests receive top-notch service, and their dining experience exceeds expectations. Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly.

Operational Excellence : Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Training and Development : Mentor and train team members to uphold our high standards of service and hospitality. Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs as needed.

Financial Management : Assist in controlling costs and optimizing profitability while maintaining quality standards. Monitor and manage budgets, sales, and expenses.

Problem Solving : Handle any challenges that may arise during shifts, from customer issues to operational obstacles, with confidence and professionalism.

Skills and Job Requirements :

Ability to work together as a team.

Lead by example and foster a positive and motivated work environment.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Must be comfortable using a computer and possess data entry and reporting skills.

Must be able to move and process information quickly.

Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10-12 hours).

Must have the stamina to work up to 55 hours per week.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 25lbs.
