**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking experienced lawn maintenance workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong work ethic. As a lawn maintenance worker, you will be responsible for various tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, trash pickup and general landscaping duties to ensure that our clients' properties are always looking their best.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Conduct inspections of lawn areas to identify any issues or areas in need of attention
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed
- Assist with landscape construction projects as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
