The Position :
The School Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the School-Based Counseling Program in South, Mid, or North Santa Barbara County. The duties include responsibility for staff, program and budget development, administration, implementation, and evaluation.
The School Services Supervisor III is a licensed clinical professional. The School Services Supervisor IV is a licensed clinical professional who is two years post-licensure and can provide clinical supervision. The School Services Supervisor V is two years post-licensure, can provide clinical supervision, and supervises other School Services Supervisors.
The School Services Supervisor will report to the School Services Program Manager in South County, the School Services Supervisor and / or the School Services Program Director in Lompoc, and the Clinical Director in Santa Maria.
