What You Will Do as an HR Manager:
- Cascades the company’s vision and provides clear direction.
- Recruiting: Oversees the company’s recruiting strategy, efforts, and results. Recruits, selects, onboards, and helps train new employees.
- Onboarding: Creates, monitors, and adjusts the company’s onboarding program, ensuring a remarkable experience for new hires.
- Oversees Benefits and Compliance.
- Employee Relations: Addresses human resources information issues through regular, effective communication.
What We Are Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of human resources laws, principles, and practices.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred and 5 years of experience in the human resources management OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
- A stellar communicator who aims to live out Sure-Dry’s values on a daily basis.
- Someone with the ability to travel every so often between the two office locations in Menasha, Wausau and trainings.
