They are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join the TFS team. In this role you will oversee and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales strategy development, team management, and fostering customer relationships. The ideal candidate believes that behavior is what drives results and passionate about motivating and coaching a sales team to deliver exceptional performance.

Location: College Grove, TN (80% in-office, 20% field-based)

What You Will Do as a Sales Manager:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training to drive growth and meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Be present in the field with sales team to assess performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide meaningful feedback.

What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and challenges.
  • Experience in outside sales is a plus.
