What You Will Do as a Sales Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training to drive growth and meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to improve the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Be present in the field with sales team to assess performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide meaningful feedback.
What we are looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and challenges.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus.
