About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at FSN (Freedom Search Network). As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety and Compliance: Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations and conducts weekly and monthly building inspections for needed repairs and safety hazards.
- Team Leadership: Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversees and maintains warehouse operations, including repairing concrete floors, roll-up dock doors, and racks; replacing lights and light fixtures; replacing plumbing and fixtures; and installing, repairing, and texturing drywall.
Requirements
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry, electrical and plumbing), five or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
