Join us as the Director of Distribution, where your leadership will drive warehouse and delivery operations within your market. With your expert guidance, you'll lead a dedicated team and foster collaboration with logistics partners to implement technology and continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will ensure seamless coordination across departments and corporate teams, ultimately enhancing our supply chain's efficiency and success.
In this role, you will
- Develop and execute distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and manage daily warehouse and delivery operations for efficiency and service.
- Act as a liaison with commercial partners to drive operational success.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze distribution costs for cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Oversee inventory control for accuracy and minimal discrepancies.
- Recruit, train, and develop warehouse and delivery teams.
- Promote safety, compliance, budget management, and continuous improvement.
What you bring to the organization:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent preferred, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more years of related experience.
- Three to five years of previous distribution, transportation, and/or warehouse management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of previous management and operations experience with a wholesaler or supplier preferred.
- Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.
- Current state driver’s license.
- Spanish bilingual abilities preferred.

Salary : $155,000 - $180,000
