About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FSN (Freedom Search Network). As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
- Maintenance Coordination: Oversees and maintains warehouse operations, including repairing concrete floors, roll-up dock doors, and racks; replacing lights and light fixtures; replacing plumbing and fixtures; and installing, repairing, and texturing drywall.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinates outside building contractors.
- Record Keeping: Keeps accurate records/files of work orders for preventative maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems.
Requirements
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry, electrical and plumbing), five or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
