About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Building Administrator to join our team at FSN (Freedom Search Network). As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Repairs: Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills such as carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
- Inventory Management: Maintains inventory of operational supplies and conducts weekly and monthly building inspections for needed repairs and safety hazards.
Requirements
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry, electrical and plumbing), five or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
