Summary
As a GSOC Operator at FSOne you will be an integral part of our support team. This role is vital in ensuring high availability and security of our services while supporting our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Tier 1 Support is “Mission Essential”, 24x7 support
- Operates in the GSOC
- Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues
- Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight
- Respond to incident calls
- Drive resolution, coordinate with internal and external teams to identify the root cause,
- restore service with workarounds if necessary, and communicate status to affected
- stakeholders throughout and following the incident
- Provide daily ticket reviews, updates, and reports
- Support Trend Analysis
- Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift.
Experience/Skills:
- 2-4 Years Service Desk Experience
Preferred
- ServiceNow Experience
Certifications:
- Maintain applicable certifications as requested by FEDITC or required by FEDITC’s Customers
Clearance:
- A Top Secret clearance is required to be considered for the position. Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearances at the level required by the client
