FSS, Inc. is a family owned commercial pest control company with a history of innovation and excellence. We are experts at Dynamic Integrated Pest Management programs and Fumigation techniques. We have several decades of experience in ever changing Safety Standards in the industry and we're looking for a new Dynamic Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Pest Control Technicians in your area.
Special consideration will be given to candidates with stored product pest knowledge and/or a food plant industry background but our excellent training program allows us to consider all applicants.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN IPM SERVICE TECH
This Full-Time position works with a team to perform necessary pest control assignments from start to finish, with strong emphasis on safety and customer service. Candidates with Pest Control experience are desired, bur our excellent training program allows us to consider all applicants.
You will have a company phone, access to a company vehicle and an expense account.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN IPM SERVICE TECH
- Provide total account management and Pest Control Services for FSS, Inc. commercial customers.
- Produce and manage all documentation required for services, inspections, periodic reporting, billing and State required documentation.
- Educate customers on food safety pest management issues to improve product safety and protect the customer’s brand.
- Ensure a “perfect” or near “perfect” score on all third-party and internal audits.
- Assisting in other areas of related business as requested.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS OF AN IPM SERVICE TECH
- Using our training materials and resources you must be able to complete state Pest Control Licensing requirements or currently hold Pest Control Licenses.
- Develop a working knowledge of all audits in place in the Region and become proficient using industry software such as PestPac.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Must read, write, and understand English.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must pass criminal background check and have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Results will be measured using current Federal drug testing standards without concession to any State laws or regulations. New employees immediately participate in our random drug screening program.
