POSITION SUMMARY
The service supervisor ensures that all service calls are scheduled and completed as contracted, maintaining the company's unwavering commitment to quality. The supervisor maintains daily contact with their team to ensure that the inspections are completed as contracted and communicates essential information to the team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
1. Supervise and coordinate daily service activities.
2. Ensure adherence to the company's high-quality standards on all service calls.
3. Conduct regular training sessions for the inspection team.
4. Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues promptly.
5. Prepare regular reports on service activities and findings.
6. Ensure the team is adequately equipped with tools to be successful.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Driver’s License and good driving record.
· High School Diploma or Equivalent.

WORK HOURS BENEFITS· Core work hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm onsite at the FSS Technologies office in Ypsilanti, MI
· FSS Technologies offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance to employees after 30 days of service.
· Employees are eligible for up to 9 PTO days and 6 company holidays in their first year with FSS Technologies. PTO time will be prorated in their first year.
