FST Technical Services was founded in 1984 to serve the needs of the growing, worldwide Semiconductor / Microelectronics and Life Sciences industries.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. This position is a full-tile direct hire position. It is an on-site role working in a customer's facility and also on their campus' active construction sites from time to time. Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Strong background in Data gathering, data input, data mining and pulling data reports.
- Some experience in delivering training to the client, client's subcontractors and new employees on utilizing the custom database system
- Run reports in custom database applications
- Ability / Proficiency to learn custom database applications
- Assess and ensure the completeness and accuracy of required system inputs
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with each project site and track attendance
- Document and Track AR’s to closure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Advanced excel skills / data analytics (Pivot tables, v-look-ups, data analysis, graphs, etc.)
- Proficient computer and software skills (all MS Office applications, email, MS Teams, etc.)
- Ability to support and work across multiple sites and time zones (as required).
