Responsibilities : Responsible for the orientation, certification, and training of new warehouse staff (including temporary employees)Ensures that employees (Trainees) are performing their duties correctly, safely, and in compliance with all FST policies and procedures and meet quality and productivity expectationsYou will train and orientate Trainees in safe equipment operations, policies, procedures, FST Traits, and company cultureYou will certify Trainees on power equipment while emphasizing safetyYou will train on productivity and quality standards with an emphasis on becoming independentTrack Trainees performance and graduate Trainees to their shift and Supervisor upon successful completion of trainingResponsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all TraineesYou will conduct re-certification and ad-hoc training for existing employeesTrack and store documented training and certifications in required systems for every trainee and develop training material, as necessaryYou will partner with Recruiting, Operation Supervisors, and Facility Managers on training progressYou will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST Requirements : ?
