- Utilize Excel and other spreadsheet functions to analyze data effectively
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data entries
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, particularly spreadsheets and databases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic math concepts and the ability to perform calculations accurately
- Experience using pivot tables or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory
