What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Specialist position at Ft Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe?
Under general supervision of the IT Manager, provides technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Assists in planning and development of computer and network resources. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred or 2 years experience in related field. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal preference will be give to qualified applicants.
