Job Summary : The Senior Vice President will be a key member of the within the Strategic Capital Partnership. This role will be part of the team that works on developing and executing strategic communication plans, manage relationships with investors and analysts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities :
Support the management of relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Ensure that all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and other investor events.
Gather and analyze feedback from investors to improve communication strategies and address concerns.
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and maintain investor confidence.
Support the preparation and dissemination of financial information, ensuring timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of investor relations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience : At least 10 years of experience in investor relations or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills : Strong written and oral communication skills, financial analysis, understanding of SEC disclosure requirements, ability to create compelling presentations, and crisis management skills.
