Job Overview
The Sales Director will lead FTE Performance Consulting’s efforts in selling digital training, workforce learning, and education solutions. This role is responsible for developing scalable sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships within enterprise learning, HR, and leadership development.
This position reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and will drive the firm's continued growth in the corporate training and development space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in eLearning and digital training solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within workforce development and leadership training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate learning, HR, and enterprise L&D sectors.
- Lead consultative sales efforts, ensuring tailored solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Partner with internal teams to develop customized eLearning solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital learning solutions.
- Track and report on sales performance, leveraging CRM tools and analytics to provide insights and optimize strategies.
- Represent FTE Performance Consulting at industry conferences, networking events, and business development forums.

Qualifications

- 10 years of experience in B2B sales, eLearning, digital training solutions, or corporate learning technology.
- Experience in selling education and training platforms, HR technology, or leadership development solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, sales analytics, and enterprise business development.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and manage multi-channel sales strategies.
