FTG Equipment Solutions is looking for an energetic inside salesperson to help promote and generate leads for our multiple lines of portable generators.

FTG Equipment is owned by Tecnogen Power Generators in Italy, manufacturer's of portable generators ranging from 25kva to over 1,250kva.

Job would require internet searches, cold calling and follow up.

Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients through outbound and warm calls, utilizing your core skills in communication and customer service. Your premium skills in negotiation and B2B sales, along with proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, will enable you to effectively manage leads and close deals. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers to facilitate sales.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on sales
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation and B2B sales
  • Familiarity with telemarketing and technology sales
  • Experience using Salesforce and other CRM software
  • Background in business development and outbound calling techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
