As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment while promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products while working on-site with one of our customer locations.

- By engaging the customer to provide superior customer satisfaction
- By managing time to be most effective with multiple, competing priorities
Who we are looking for:
- Prior experience in maintaining and repairing printers/copiers is required (Ricoh, Konica, HP, Lexmark, Sharp, and Xerox experience is a plus)
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
- 1-2 years’ related experience is preferred, if not, we will train you!
- Computer and analytical skills with knowledge of basic networking
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- You must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
