The Email Campaign Specialist is responsible for the management of email marketing campaigns and analytics to support business strategies. This role will also support additional digital platforms through collaborating with our Marketing Communications team members. This role is pivotal in driving effective digital marketing strategies through data-driven decision making and seamless team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on campaign management.
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.

- Expertise with email marketing campaign platforms (i.e. Active Campaign).
- Proficiency with WordPress, Storyblok, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, project management tools or similar marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develops, builds, and implements effective email marketing strategies to support the strategic communications plan through individualized customer journeys.
- Creates automation workflows, establishes RSS feeds, and supports customer relationship management tool integration.
- Manages audience segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized communications.
- Collects and analyzes data to make data-driven decisions for optimization of email marketing campaigns.
- Tests new strategies to build audiences, increases engagement, and boosts click throughs (e.g. A/B testing).
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, operations, sales and product) to align messaging and ensure successful campaigns.
- Troubleshoots deliverability, segmentation, and performance issues.
- Measures and analyzes website and blog performance to understand visitors’ behaviors and optimize visitor experience to drive visitors to the site and improve conversions through data-driven insights.
- Publishes recurring website updates, including blog articles, news releases, media coverage clips and general content.
- Utilizes project management tools to track requests, provides proofs, and facilitates collaboration among team members, ensures timely updates and clear communication to streamline project workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Stays up to date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
