The PreProduction Manager works closely with the Project Manager and owner during the design phase of Design-Build, Design Assist and Integrated projects and coordinates other preconstruction resources as required for the deliver of a successful project. This position is the key interface between the preconstruction group and the operations group on such projects and is responsible for designing and developing value-added technical pricing and design solutions from concept through completion of detailed drawings.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 10 years related experience in electrical contracting and MEP Coordination
Travel: 15-20%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Contacts vendors to release materials for projects.
- Plans, organizes, and staffs projects. Ensures that projects are completed profitably, in a timely manner, and according to customer expectations.
- Attends weekly and monthly meetings (i.e. Staffing Meeting, Project Manager Meeting, Sales Meeting, etc.)
- Processes miscellaneous paperwork.
- Reviews outgoing estimates with Project Manager/VP Sales to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinates design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners and clients.
- Keeps project leadership informed as to all open or unresolved design issues and tracks design and cost changes during the development of a project design.
- Participates in meetings and presentations to present the benefits of the Faith Technologies Preconstruction Services.
- Is the single point of contact for the Project Manager for all preproduction activities. Works with internal project team to facilitate the development of the project design and design documentation to ensure it meets all projects, goals, objectives and budgets.
- Provides guidance to project managers during design phase to ensure that construction activities comply with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
